New Late Policy:
There is a 6-min grace period. You are to be in my shop, not parking. There is a $15 fee for being late between 7min-15mins. Appointments 15mins past your appointment time will be charged a $20 fee and will be done in the time remaining.
If you choose, you will be rescheduled and pay a $35 fee.
For any clients that will be coming from work, please send me a notice so I am aware if you are tardy. Fees will be waived.
Allow an additional 10 minutes upon arrival time incase of traffic or any unforeseen accident. Fees will not be waived. Leave early and wait in your car if you need to.
Do not come in with any eye makeup. $5 for a lash bath if needed.
Please avoid caffeine. Shaky eyes = poor attachment = poor retention
Kids & Guests are allowed upon my approval. Ask first.
New Clients
Come 10 mins early to fill out paper work.
Optional: Sweaters, blanket, earphones.
Shower before coming to keep your lashes dry :)
Payments: Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, CC 3%fee, Cash App
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations, reschedule, or no-shows the day before or same day appointment will have a $35.00 fee added to the next appointment. Appointments that has a deposit will be forfeited.
